REFUND POLICY
We apologize if inclement weather or other unforeseen events such as COVID-19 come into play. We will do our best to try and get all games in. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Late games are possible.
There will be a refund in the event the exposure is rained out, canceled due to COVID-19 closures or we are unable to play a complete schedule less a 25% admin fee of the entry fee if no games are played. Additional Refunds are as follows:
Three weeks prior to the 1st day of the event is the last day to pull out of the event to receive a full refund. If you pull out after this date and we find another team to take your spot you will receive a full refund. If we do not fill your spot you will receive 25% of your entry fee. No exceptions!
NOTE: SODE Events owner, staff, the city of Cedar Hill, Valley Ridge Park and Virginia Weaver Park are not responsible for any injury that occurred or exposure to COVID-19 during the participation at any SODE Events.
